Video Of The Day Varsovie
Veteran French dark Post-Punkers from Grenoble, Varsovie, formed in 2005 by Arnault Destal (drums, lyrics, music, art direction) and Grégory Catherina (vocals, guitars, bass, music), unveils the first single, “Treize Collines” (Thirteen Hills), lifted from the forthcoming sixth album, “Notes pour plus tard”, slated for release on October 16th via Icy Cold Records, paired with an Official Video by Greek artist Sotiris Lamprou.
Referring to the “thirteen hills”, one of the most arcane epithets of Paris, the multi-texture lyrics sneakily allude to the infamous terrorist attacks of November 13, 2015, through subtle layers of lingering, rippling collective memories and the enduring, consuming trauma.

Album Artwork
In the Official Video, by Greek artist Sotiris Lamprou, Varsovie performs “Treize Collines” under transformative foggy overlays. A cloak of deep black darkness hangs heavily around the duo, whilst a high-speed cut scene of a tree-lined grey sky flickers like a strobe light in sync with the soundtrack.
Varsovie‘s ur 6th album, “Notes pour plus tard”, will be released on October 16, 2026, on Icy Cold Records.
Keep up with Varsovie:
