Cindy‘s album, basks amid an intoxicating bleary-eyed veil of tambourine-led Velvet’s apathy and languor and 90s Slowcore-tinged subtle lethargic pained intensity of profound and stirring introspective mystique. Sentimental down-trodden melancholy weaves a dull, worn tapestry of warm densely pulsing bass lines, shimmery strumming guitar melodies, and lonesome comforting swinging keys around sad, detached vocal confessions, offering a little tenderness if “The Price is Right.”
