• Warsaw, Poland ambient /dream-pop /shoegaze band Duszno “babie lato” single
  

In their latest two single release, the Warsaw based five piece crafts immersive emotional mists of ethereal dream-pop reflections and dense distorted shoegaze textures, as “Indian Summer” starts with tranquil bird field recordings before wistful guitar melodies glisten over a hazy flow of buzzing distortion and keen high frequencies, rocking sweet, hopeful female vocals, singing a comforting lullaby, within a motley of both noisy and heartwarming proclivities.

Peruvian quintet’s first full-length “Distemia” is an atmospheric, emotionally-charged fusion of shimmering, hazy shoegaze and introspective downtempo dreampop sprinkled with spaced-out Post-Rock tones, soaring and expansive in places, dreamy and introspective in others. Enveloping ethereal ambient textures, soothing, intimate vocals and intricate, oceanic, sparkling guitar tones are juxtaposed with tight, nimble drums and warmly pulsing, lithe basslines, densely glazed with kaleidoscopic, noisy cascading waves of reverb and distortion, laced with searing and blinding rising hues into an intoxicating swirling weave that radiates endearing brilliance and stirring heartfelt passion.

Electrifying, buzzing and uncontaminated ‘kawaii’ garage-pop punk from Down Under. Driving rhythms, chugging bass lines, and abrasive guitar riffs woven with emotive whining leads, and playful, insolent vocals, all irresistibly churn together in a funny, romantic song about two giant monsters.
