• Melbourne, Australia new wave /post-punk /indie rock solo project of Rory Maxwell, aka SERF ‘Coma’ third single from the upcoming 12″ vinyl debut album “The Dunes You Wander In” via Honeyglider Records.

Teetering between post-punk, new wave and 90s noisy indie rock, the one-man band from Melbourne approaches the debut LP with his third and last single, the palpitating and energetic Pixies-infused, “Coma”, wandering through syncopated rhythms, infectious refrains, and strained distorted, piercing guitar riffs winding along sad, lost, and blurry male vocals to evoke tears, anger, and frustration from a hazy reverb-dusted neurotic aura of unspeakable fear.

• Guayaquil, Ecuador bedroom indie-pop duo Las Lomas “come down” debut single from “up // down” EP     

First taste of charming slightly electronic indie ‘pop suicida’ from Equador with soft skipping beats drag doubtful days around humming bassline, distant wandering strummed guitar strings and shimmering ripples weaving stings of introspective longing over adrift female vocals floating uncertainly into a meandering melancholy of lonely, hopeless dreams.

• Australian bedroom shoegaze duo from Adelaide, LUCE CARGO “Be With You” from the 4-track cassette “Paradise”
  

Bedroom fuzzy shoegaze duo from Perth return with their debut EP on cassette/tape format including the remastered version of the two previous singles, an ambient re-edition of the Yeah Yeah Yeah classic “Maps” plus the atmospheric and semi-acoustic unreleased track “Be With You.” This latter, immersed in humming disconnected auras, layers static reverb-suffused haze of gloom over airy high-strung female vocals enraptured by airless, claustrophobic moods of dire love, amid a slow nostalgic scroll of lost memories sewn with bright piercing quivers and slivers of heart-wrenching angst, pain, and longing to “Be With You.”
