  • TREMOLO: 2025 Playlist

Once again, WL//WH is thrilled to support Seattle‘s  Tremolo Fest 2025, three nights of electrifying music with incredible bands on September 25-27. Tickets are already on pre-sale, just follow this link.

  • Birmingham, UK-based shoegaze /post-rock band Our Worlds Collide “Nothing At All” off of the upcoming debut album “The Stranger” [1991 Recordings]

With a heady brew of psychedelic-tinged, spacey post-rock-informed, mesmeric Shoegaze sound, the sonically adventurous Brummie outfit delivers an immersive and introspective trippy 3-minute jam, stirred up by an eruptive rush of loose shuffling, skittering drumming awash in hypnotic droning layers of reverberating hissing guitar distortion, to entrap soft, sad, slightly angsty vocals in a restrained, swirling seething chaos, before falling breathlessly under a slippery surface that keeps getting further and further away.

  • Sydney, Australia noise /shoegaze five-piece All Sparks Burn Out “Charred” off “Charred” EP

Sydney veteran Shoegazers return with an expansive, noisy and sensorially immersive new single “Charred”, bending a churning undercurrent of gated reverbed drums, steadfast bass pulses, and fuzzy metallic distorted guitar mists around wistful ecstatic female vocals, radiating upward, toward a cool ethereal dome, amidst stubborn pain-filled squealing and trembling effect-laden guitar flows, to choose a new, untraveled path, rather than the same old one that leads to self-destruction.

  • Boston, MA psych rock /noise /shoegaze band Magic Shoppe “Oh, No!” from the sixth EP “Resurrection Machine” [Little Cloud Records (US/CAN) / FuzzedUp & AstroMoon Records (UK/EU)]

Boston outfit masters their genuine Shoegaze songwriting and sonic craft. Perfect-pitched building and layered guitars twist, twirl, ripple, and wend a heavy haze of fluid distortion, amid sonic abrasions and ethereal, perpetually melancholic submerged vocals, into a circular yet seamlessly dynamic and bendy rhythmic flow that oozes an engaging, mesmerizing cosmic depth, getting us trapped in a delightful, surreal, boisterous vortex that spurs repeat listening.
