Buzzing, abrasive sophomore single from Adelaide DIY duo, replete with over-driven and energetic layered riff-laden shoegaze guitar sound, shimmer and swirl amid a tumultuous haze of warm fuzz and distortion, vaguely infused with Smashing Pumpkins’ ‘1979’ like-harmonies wrapped in reverb, over fragile high anxious female vocals drifting brimful of harsh disconnected fear into an overwhelming noisy swarm of emotional turmoil. A nice promising second effort for a working in progress band maybe still too stuck to their own muses.

A whimsical yet angsty blend of swishing dragging rhythms, sad meandering airy keyboards, obsessive glistening spidery guitar strings, and elastic bass tones carry distressed emotional male vocals through the agony and ecstasy of relationship blues.
