The highlight from Slowly‘s, otherwise excellent, new EP is a heady and immersive blend of dark atmospheric reverb-infused textures and meandering and piercing abrasive post-rockish soaring guitar lines that fuse subliminal pain over haunted, spectre-like male vocals, to cast a sentient essence of wandering helplessly through a lover’s selfish dream.
