• Santiago, Chile darkwave /post-punk solo project of Gonzalo Javier A (FKA Throudos, and Lergrev), SIVL “Incinerar” new single from the upcoming debut self-titled EP
  

Involved since the early 2000s in a couple of experimental rock projects, the Chilean musician returns, after a one-off single in 2021, under his latest alias SIVL with a new track of dark, restless and visceral post-punk, building anticipation for his debut EP. A throbbing bass line churns alongside rapid crashing drum beats to drive an anxious urgency through chaotic soaring vortexes from obsessive weeping guitars and squally distorted frequencies, whilst, within it all, lost aching vocals suffer between ghostly melancholy and energetic bursts of defiance.

Seemingly a meaningful song for the Turin‘s Post-punk duo, more guitar-laden than usual,  “Sunset” weaves a trotting undercurrent of ominously thick coarse basslines and thumping drum programming, obsessively pierced by searing dry-chilly reverberations of plaintive guitar melodies, to achingly prick and ripple over restless downtrodden vocals through one more day of guilt and pain.
