Originally established in 1999, the synth-driven act led by Kiss Balázs celebrates its 25th anniversary of activity with a new album that, like the previous “Victory Of Regret” from four years ago, revisits eight songs pulled from the band’s back catalogue, updated through the same setup/equipment used in the last five-years of live shows. A multifaceted Dark Cold/Minimal Synth sound with an elegant ’80s Wave flair set on vibrant synthetic architectures infused with a beautiful, strict analogue aesthetic, builds on stripped-down pulsating beats and emotive synthesizers, to layer enveloping solemn, melancholic and romantic moods, along with a compelling range of emotional temperatures from mostly spoken word vocals, to transform under an energetic and evocative fusion between lights and darkness, despair and hope, icy fragments and human warmth.
