Thumping propulsive beats along with obsessive galloping, flickering bassline, and acidic squeaky swirls, lace anxious hypnotic tension around edgy, rapid French rapping vocals and rambling back-ups to form a breathless surge of raw edgy energy and attitude, brimming with uncompromising wit, irreverence, and fun. The first taster from Brighton based artist’s upcoming EP is an edgy and off-kilter synth-pop number with spitting, skipping dancing rhythms that underpin droning, glacial and beefy Numan-esque synth riffs, now fluttering, now enveloping, whilst flashing with a sharp back-and-forth obsession around both aloof and alienated male vocals to deliver a quirky, nostalgic dive into the intimate recollections of High School angst and competition.
