• HILLTOWN DISCO @ Disorder #120 – Scotland                                                                                                         

This week set, courtesy of Connect, by Dundee-based Scottish record label and DJ collective Hilltown Disco, headed by Ben Rothes and Matt HDC, with a heavy dose of filthy, twisted, hot electro sounds.

• Japanese industrial techno/EBM producer Baroque “Force” from upcoming split cassette EP with Notausgang “Body Resistance” on FORKHA
  

Japanese techno industrialist deploys ominous, clanging beats along with shuddering skipping kicks trampling through droning acidic bass buzz and sinister synthetic glowing melodies, creating a mastermind illusion of foreboding spatial sonic expansions left waiting for dancefloor doom.

• México electronic/dark disco producer Bernardo Barrera, aka MUFTI “Cold Relic (Freudenthal Remix)” from “Cold Relic” EP on Rotten City Records
  

Killer remix as usual from German producer Thomas Freudenthal with marching bass line swaggers through groovy up and downbeats and spacey, aloof male vocals in a release of sassy suffering, winding icy bright synth chimes and dry plucking string slivers into coiled auras of anticipation to elicit a severe case of shoulder swaying bliss.

Droning acidic buzz line frequencies ignite rambunctious beat repetition, while oscillating bursts and wicked fast clapping interrupt the monochromatic, stealthy male whispers’ hypnotic effect sending mind trance electro dancefloor shivers down the spine.
