X Marks the Pedwalk, the Münster, Germany-based veteran Electro-Pop duo founded in 1988, made of mastermind Sevren Ni-Arb and vocalist Estefanía, builds anticipation for the November 27th release of their 13th studio album, “Insomnia”, with an Official Video for “One Minute”, via their very own label Meshwork Music.

Electronic beats, analog synthesizers, dark pop melodies, and their signature retro touch merge into 10 emotionally charged tracks to guide the listener through a stirring nightscape of inner struggles, reflection, and human vulnerability, with memorable vocal melodies and richly textured soundscapes.

Nostalgic, danceable, and bittersweet, “One Minute” sets crisp marching beats alongside lively humming bass pulses as the foundation for shivering shimmery trails of wistful and ecstatic synth melodies, raining and swirling around vibrant, regret-laden female vocals, yearning in an emotional heartache of guilt and self-blame.

The visuals set a beautiful woman dressed in stylish clothes against an array of symbolic backdrops. The gentle stream flows back and forth between introspective longing and romantic memories, to sync seamlessly with the sentiments of the soundtrack.
