No Master is a mysterious ‘heady dark electronic’ solo project based out of Austin, Texas, that is going to release the debut EP this Fall.
“Necked”, the first preview, is an hypnotic and thick atmospheric melding of haunted and claustrophobic minimal electronic moods pushed forward by steady synthetic kicks and deep, disheartening and sinister baseline. The lost, tormented vocals, counterpointed by wobbly and sinewy synths, provide an even starker and doom-laden vibe, exploring oppressive and annihilating feelings of fear, loneliness and isolation of a sex-slave who has lost its master.
