After a year and a half of hard and passionate work, the indie Pop solo project out of France, Maud Anyways, has finally announced the release of her long-anticipated debut album, “Impermanent Lane”, slated for September 28, 2023, via Brighton, UK‘s independent label Shore Dive Records, accompanied by the DIY video for the first single “Love Affair”.
An uplifting and stirring shimmering blend of subtly distorted shoegazing textures and jangly sparkling bittersweet melodies weave vibrant ringing nostalgic mists, underlied by steady lively rhythms, to cocoon soft, dreamy vocal angst with the heady chatter of distant echoes and celestial cries whilst trying to discover the intentions of another’s heart.
