Following last September’s highly-deserved remastered vinyl reissue, through Dark Entries Records together with Twilight Records, of the sought-after 1987 goth classic debut LP “Gala”, Buenos Aires, Argentina cult Darkwave band Euroshima, now made up of two of the original four members, Fabián Iribarne and Ricardo Parrabere, show off their new image, sans the magnetic haunting vocals of China Jade, in a suggestive video for the beautifully forlorn new track “Desolación.”
The band begins the new year with a sincere passion and promise to continue making their music while searching for a suitable replacement.
Deep contrasting black and white visuals combine the ominous vibrations of classic meandering post-punk bass lines and the dire emotion of burning guitar riffs with evocative symbols for life and death whilst heavy drum beats and eerie synthetic airs propel a hypnotic backward flow of time around a devastatingly moving vocal ache to explore the vast depths of human suffering at the hands of isolation and regret.
