Dark Wave Brazilian duo, Andromeda, made up of Obi (music) and Jackie (lyrics, vocals), is back to ‘walk through the darkness of light’ with the scenic DIY music video for the early teaser, “Exodus”, from the forthcoming EP “E.X.O.D.U.S”
“Exodus” arouses bleak tenebrous realms, lit by rolling neon bass lines, steady marching beats, fragile icy bright melodies, and serene orchestral swathes, consume beautiful haunted vocal harmonies with ceremonial moods of fear and shame, to evoke feelings of melancholy, pain, and isolation at the hands of a shadowy past.
Dramatic black and white visuals build an eerie purgatorial realm along a misty ocean where a lost soul suffers in the angst and gloom of an uncertain Fate. An eternal horizon of sand, sea, and cliffs cast in magnificent yet subtle tonal sun shifts engulfs a cape-blown interpretive dance sequence in supernatural transitions.
