Wooly Mammoths was a brilliant indie / psych-pop four-piece from Brussels I follow for a while, that recently decided to call it a day.
And to my great surprise, yesterday popped up a new single titled ‘Broken Wings’, showing, as if proof was needed, their ability to craft fresh and infectious shimmering psychedelic hooks, beautifully channelling late 60’s Bay Area flavours and Tame Impala vibes.
The next month the band will undertake a local farewell tour, in the hope they’ll have second thoughts, this is just my loving tribute.
