No Swoon are a ‘dream-gaze’ 3-piece based out of Brooklyn, NY made up of Tasha Abbott (Vocals and Guitar), Zack Nestel-Patt (Synthesizers and Bass) and Ricky Petraglia (Drums). Formed in 2016 the band just released two impressive new songs in the last two months, beautifully blending the best bits of shoegaze and dreampop with slight post-punk hints.
“Gold He Said” is an intense, profoundly heartfelt, organic clash of heavenly melodies and solid rhythm. Giving rise to an hypnotic, magical, and hazy atmosphere where the mind-blowing hypnotized Tasha vocals are gifted with a dreamy ethereal quaility. The sparkling reverberated guitar layers filled with deep melancholy come together in a swarm of otherworldy sounds. Creating blissful sensations of staggering depth and beauty, evoking emotions of sadness and longing.
