Stalwarts of the Danish Post-punk and Cold Wave scene Copenhagen‘s trio MISSVNARIES ov CHARITY, are back with the new single “Wet Suit,” a slice of stark, abrasive, stripped-down Post-punk containing chunks of Public Image Ltd’s rickety, groovy tribalism.
A song about digging deeper, past the pleasantries unrolls crispy, knocking percussive patterns, lashed by hard-hitting drum beats, along with humming basslines, below an obsessive wavering of sharp, jagged guitar riffs, glaringly resounding around edgy vocals, pleading “say something real.”
