WL//WH Track Of The Day: BEACH VACATION “No Contact”

WL//WH Track Of The Day  BEACH VACATION

Since 2012, Beach Vacation, the Seattle, WA-based Dream Pop music project led by Tabor Rupp, keeps on painting with natural and increasing refinement, paired with immaculate melodic sensitivity, bewitching and stirring jangly guitar melodies laced with bittersweet harmonies that stream seamlessly fluid, clear and light like an airy marine breeze through a deep reflection on the most intimate human feelings.

The first release of 2026, “No Contact”, follows last year’s “Let Go” EP, via the beloved Brest‘s label Too Good To Be True, with a bunch of singles and a dynamic gig schedule, is a song about feeling unsure about another’s love.

A sensorial enveloping immersion into an expressive, contemplative aura, “No Contact” unravels soft, steady drum patterns that punctuate a wistful, hypnotic ooze of crisp, crystalline arpeggiated guitars, layered with watery synth atmospherics, circling and lingering, with a gentle obsession, on dreamy, elated vocals, longingly whispering underneath an emergence of embracing celestial skies.
