WL//WH Premiere Extraña Sutura
WL//WH is very pleased to premiere Extraña Sutura‘s “Onirico”, taken from the upcoming Various/Artists “Demencia Civil”, a new compilation album due to be released, on digital and limited edition cassette, on February the 5th, by Argentinian label/collective Of dolls and murder.
It gathers 10 artists from Scotland, Italy, Brazil and Argentina, taking us on a trip going through dystopian EBM, post-apocalyptic industrial, electro and breakbeats.
Waves parties players and Perlas label affiliated, Extraña Sutura is an Argentinian production/DJ duo, made up by Marceas and Dimension Alterna from Buenos Aires, delivering a mixture of dystopian, psychedelic EBM, experimental electro and industrial with a mysterious aura, which paints post-apocalyptic landscapes with both their productions and their DJ sets.
The pair self-released their first two EPs, “Sangre Fria” and “Impulso”, were featured on Perlas label’s V/A “Heroes” and are constantly working on new material.
A trippy cyber-psychedelic flashing synthscape programs obsessive spatial algorithms into bleeping three-dimensional rotations, spinning hypnotically around an undertow of ominous acidic buzzing bass throbs and scratchy broken rhythms, to set a prowling, glitchy pace cut by disruptive industrial-strength lashes spraying mists of shredded steel, through the drone-inducing hallucinations of post-apocalyptic dystopian insanity.
