In order to have a close look at the whole picture of the international post punk/ darkwave and beyond scene, are growing up little independent communities, platforms, labels in support of fresh, up-and-coming and exciting new bands from all around the globe.
We’ve already talked about the excellent Minimal/Analogue compilations, and I’d like to highlight the Rule Of Three Facebook Blog too, but now we focused our attention on the Frankfurt Am Main-based international netlabel and music promotion service called Cold Transmission, who just released the first two volumes of the “Zeitgeist” compilation series, a deep overview, with also exclusive tracks, of the international Post-Punk, Coldwave, Shoegaze, New Wave, Goth, Industrial and Darkwave underground scenario.
Cold Transmission people run also a regular Mixcloud show as well as organising gigs, concerts, parties and events.
