Münster, Germany’s precocious electronic musician and composer LMX, the youngest son of Sevren Ni-Arb (X Marks The Pedwalk, SN-A), also on co-production duty, has released an evocative video for the new single “Not Made For This”, another foretaste off LMX’s upcoming third full-length album, “Habits & Addictions”, due out October 28, 2022 via Meshwork Music.
Starting at 12 years old, LMX composed his first music tracks just on his mobile devices, later he built up a small recording studio in his room, continuously working on new material, and moulding a fascinating unique mix of Trap, Wave, Ambient Electro and Synth-pop, steadily pushing the boundaries of electronic music.
The shadowy dancing Electro-pop stylings of “Not Made For This” channel ominous, arousing vibes driven by marching pounding beats along with undulating buzzing low ends, whilst sensually tortured fantasies of sad sparkling icy bright synth strains and cool celestial cries, lift lost aching vocal guilt through a dark and dangerous confession of distorted swaying moods.
Warped, hazy black and white visuals blend mysterious urban curiosity with a sexy performance to draw the viewer into a mesmeric realm of portals, tunnels, and underground glamour. Universal shapes and symbols pulse ceremoniously in sync with the soundtrack whilst edgy street style, suggestive expressions, and surreal nightlife visions inject misunderstood lyrical themes of psychological agony into the melting midnight yearnings of dawn’s early light.
LMX’s upcoming third full-length album, “Habits & Addictions”, is slated for release on October 28, 2022 via Meshwork Music.
